About RTE 2 RTÉ Two is Ireland's second-oldest television channel, operated by Irish state broadcaster RTÉ. There were a couple of shows that I used to watch on Irish TV that I’d like to watch. Apparently, RTE was going to offer a combo. channel on DSAT for the UK some time ago for ex-pats, but pulled the idea due to cost.
