D-link router won't setup to internet. Cable modem alone

I have a D-Link (DSL-2750B) router with several devices connected and am able to access the internet appropriately. I tried connecting to the router with a new Kindle Fire today and am not able to connect to the router. All of my other devices (three laptops, one cell phone, one smart TV, one Kindle Fire TV) are still connecting appropriately dlink- connected but no internet access? HELP?! — Digital Spy The three lights on the D-link should be green not orange and the internet light should be lit though not always constant. If you have a stable sync'd modem and no internet on the D-link then the problem is either the cable between router and modem or the router. Reset the router as described above and try another ethernet cable.
