Jun 20, 2009 · BTW this problem has nothing to do with vista. its more than likely a setting somewhere. try IE8>tools make sure work offline is not turned on. try IE8>tools>internet options>advanced tab>reset try IE8>tools>internet options>security tab>reset all zones to default good luck
